The Role & Responsibilities
As a
Project Engineer – Clean/Black Utilities & Cleanroom
, you will play a key role in the revamping and optimization of cleanrooms, HVAC systems, and electrical installations. You will be responsible for managing and implementing strategic engineering projects on-site, including those related to the upcoming shutdown in February/March 2026.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the study, coordination, and monitoring of engineering projects (equipment, installations, buildings, etc.)
- Drafting and coordinating URS (User Requirement Specifications) and Change Controls
- Participating in qualification activities: FAT/SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, commissioning, and PQ
- Reviewing validation protocols and reports (VPE) for systems and equipment
- Building and maintaining technical documentation and project plans
- Supporting training activities for personnel following project implementation
- Reporting regularly to the Engineering Manager on project progress and improvement opportunities
- Assisting the Maintenance department and contributing to maintenance procedure development
- Organizing internal and external project execution and procurement processes.
Your Profile
- You hold an electromechanical Engineering degree or equivalent proven experience
- You have minimum 5 years in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
- You are fluent in French and English
- You are proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of EU GMP's and 21 CFR regulations
- You communicate and present easily
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- You are detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- You are able to work independently and under pressure in cross-functional teams.
